🛍️ Orders & Processing

• Turnaround Time: Most items ship within 3-5 business days, depending on order volume and customization. Customized items and seasonal drops may have extended processing times. These will be noted on product pages.
• Custom Orders: Personalized items require clear details at checkout or via the custom order form. I’ll confirm your request before production begins.
• Rush Orders: If you need something by a specific date, please contact me before ordering. I’ll do my best to accommodate!
• **Processing time is separate from shipping time. Once shipped, delivery speed depends on the carrier. I am not responsible for USPS/UPS delays once the package is in their possession.
• Once an order is placed, changes cannot be guaranteed. If you need an adjustment, please contact me within 12 hours.

📦 Shipping

• Shipping Zones: Currently shipping within the U.S. only. Local to Brodhead, KY? Select "Local Pickup" at checkout to skip the shipping fee and swing by for pickup!
  Pickup details (location, date & time) will be emailed after your order is placed.
  
• Rates: Flat-rate shipping applies to most items. Bundles may qualify for discounted or free shipping.
  If you’d like to upgrade your shipping speed, please contact me before ordering.
• Tracking: You’ll receive tracking info via email once your order ships.
• **Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. I’m unable to replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Packages returned to me due to an incorrect or undeliverable address can be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
